PTS Announces New Manager of Information Systems and MSP Operations

Tuesday, September 24, 2024: Today, Pete Sacco, founder and president of PTS Data Center Solutions, Inc., made the following announcement:

I'm pleased to announce that Len Bicher has been promoted to Manager of Information Systems and MSP Operations at PTS, encompassing all its operating divisions, including Inspirica. Over the past five years, Len has distinguished himself as our most experienced technical manager. Specifically, Len will oversee Inspirica's IT, cybersecurity, and data service offerings and delivery. He will also be responsible for all information technology operations across all PTS divisions, namely INTUVA, GRID7, and soon, Gray Wolf Data Centers. In this capacity, Len’s primary goal will be to advance Inspirica’s new focus on data services, thereby helping PTS achieve its 2025 aim of becoming a data-driven decision-making company to spur growth. Furthermore, Len will oversee INTUVA's IT projects, including the design and integration of AI and HPC workloads into edge data center environments.

Congratulations, Len!

To support Len in his new role, Inspirica has recently added two (2) exceptional technical consultants to its team. The first is an expert consultant and engineer specializing in Microsoft’s entire suite of products, from cloud services to applications. As Pete Sacco commented, “The addition of a Microsoft subject matter expert (SME) to the Inspirica team will significantly bolster our capacity to compete against much larger service providers by directing our Microsoft expertise towards our target clientele—CEOs and executive management teams of mid-sized organizations, particularly in sectors such as service providers, manufacturing, healthcare, and financial services.”

The second addition is an authority on all aspects of data services from business consulting through engineering. Per Pete Sacco, “This SME will be instrumental in developing Inspirica’s expanded client offerings to include establishing significant OKRs to drive growth, data warehousing, ETL, data modeling, AI learning based on private metadata, and deploying a powerful workplace tool that integrates real-time dashboards, team chat-based communications, and project management into a single cloud-based platform, which costs less than individual tools like Microsoft’s Power BI, Slack, or Asana."

In summary, Pete stated, “Together, Len, with his two (2) new SMEs, and his corporate manager Tom Niessen, will lead Inspirica, and consequently all PTS divisions, along with our clients, into a promising future of leveraging AI to boost productivity and growth.”
