Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory’s DICE project demonstrates the progress LLNL has made in strengthening its infrastructure and reflects NNSA’s Build SMART initiative, which focuses on improving how new infrastructure projects are planned, executed, and delivered in support of NNSA’s national security missions.
